Being under the watchful eye of two trainers ensures that you receive a personalised experience, pushing you to that next level of your health and fitness, journey.

ALBY

METCON | HIGH INTENSITY | Balanced Workout

 

Get the heart rate going with a high intensity workout that combines various exercises to challenge your conditioning, balance, agility, endurance and power.

LEXA

S&C | Moderate INTENSITY | Strength Workout

 

Kick start your week by pushing your mind and body in our Strength & Conditioning class. Utilising weight bearing and resistance exercises, this class will help you to increase your strength and endurance.

RAVEN

HIIT | High INTENSITY | Endurance Workout

 

A MetCon Class, helping you build that engine and endurance. Short and sharp sets ranging from HIIT, Tabata and many more fun styles to get that heart rate up!

ALI

Boxing | Moderate INTENSITY | Boxing Cardio Workout

 

Long week at work? Someone stole your last bagel? Or just want to work on some cardio and co-ordination? Unleash your inner beast in our boxing class! A Cardio Boxing Style Class with lots of fun and no experience necessary!!

SPARTAN

Strength | Moderate INTENSITY | Strength Workout

 

Pure Strength. Lift heavy things then put it down. A resistance class that is designed to make you stronger and more functional. This class will also benefit you by improving multi joint and muscle movements, building lean muscle mass, and expending maximum calories.

The Leesh

Bootcamp | High INTENSITY | Balanced Workout

 

This class incorporates the best that fitness has to offer, ranging from bootcamp style workouts to boxing. Circuit style session, providing a mixture of strength exercises and cardiovascular training which ensure that you work your heart and lungs and give every muscle in your body a good workout.
