Jon is an experienced Personal Trainer, having been in the Fitness industry for 6 years.

Jon brings a unique set of skills and experiences to Validus Fitness. Having served as a soldier, he has experienced first hand and understands the importance of team work, discipline and resilience, as well as physical and mental toughness that has assisted in him becoming an incredible trainer.

Not only is Jon well versed in the Fitness industry, he is also a highly sought after ex - chef, where his knowledge of food & nutrition is second to none. His background as a head chef not only highlights his culinary expertise but also showcases his attention to detail and commitment to providing a holistic approach to health.

In addition to his culinary skills, Jon has a diverse sports background, having been involved in Australian Rules Football (AFL), cricket, and even excelling as a junior state swimmer. His firsthand experience in these sports has honed his knowledge of athletic training and has given him valuable insights into achieving peak performance. He is quick to build a strong rapport with his clients and the results his client’s reach speak volumes.
