    Double the people, double the fun! Bring your best mate or partner along, unleash your inner competitive beasts and push each other in a fun environment whilst under the guidance of our trainers.

  • Online Sessions

    Our online programming and coaching services allows you to still be part of our family from anywhere in the world. An individualised program with exercise demo videos, daily support and weekly online check-ins with one of our trainers.
