“GUNS & BUNS” : Our STRENGTH program focuses on building muscle and power. It is designed to tone those stubbord muscle groups, increase bone density and improve joint flexibility, utilising traditional movements such as deadlifts, squats and bench press!

“BURN BABY BURN”: Our METABOLIC CONDITIONING program is designed to help burn fat and calories! These high intensity sessions feature both cardio and compound movements in interval and circuit style programs.

“On The Go” : Travelling for work and doing your workouts in a hotel? Training in the great outdoors? This program is for you! These sessions incorporate light weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises so you never have to miss a workout!

Programming & Support

Our Online Coaching program is desgined for each individual, based on specific needs and goals. An inital consultation conducted in person or over the phone will help Jon and Alicia to understand your fitness goals, exercise history, any injuries or limitations you may have and lifestyle habits. Jon and Alicia will then personally tailor your program in accoradance to your goals.

Weekly check-ins with Jon or Alicia will help keep you accountable with your training as well as provide you with additional support and motivation.

Direct access to Jon and Alicia for video analysis of your form and technique is also available which is a unique feature Team Validus offers.
